How to Create Facebook Page

Facebook Page let you connect with people who share your interests, build communities, or promote your business. Facebook Pages are public and can be managed by multiple people. This tutorial will guide you through the process creating your own Facebook Page in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Access the Page Creation

  1. Log in to your Facebook account at Facebook.com
  2. Click the menu icon on the right-top corner of the dashboard

  3. Select “Page” from the drop-down menu options

Step 2: Enter Basic Information

  1. Fill in your Page details:

    • Page Name: Enter a clear, recognizable name for your business, brand, or organization
    • Category: Type keywords and select categories that best describe your Page (you can choose multiple)
    • Description: Write a brief description explaining what your page is about (optional but recommended)

  2. Click “Create a Page” to continue

Step 3: Complete your Page setup

  1. Add your contact information and details:

    • Contact Information:

      • Website address of your business or organization
      • Phone number
      • Email address

    • Location:

      • Business or organization address
      • City/Region
      • Postal code

    • Operating Hours
      Select your preferred option:

      • Not displayed
      • Always open
      • Open at certain hours (set specific opening and closing times)

  2. Click “Next” to continue

Step 4: Customize your Page

  1. Make your Page visually appealing:

    • Add your Profile Photo: Upload your logo or a recognizable image representing your brand or organization
    • Add Cover Photo: Upload a banner image that showcases your business or organization

    (*You can click each section to upload or drag your preferred images directly into the designated areas.)

  2. Click “Next” to continue.

Step 5: Connect WhatsApp (Optional)

Connect WhatsApp to help your audience contact you easily through a WhatsApp button on your Page.

  1. Click your region’s phone code and enter your WhatsApp number
  2. Click “Get Code” to verify your WhatsApp number
  3. Click “Next” to continue

*You can skip this step if you don’t need the feature.

Step 6: Build your audience

Start growing Page community:

  1. Click “Invite Friends” to share your new Page with your Facebook connections
  2. Click “Next” to continue

Step 7: Set Up Notifications

Stay informed about your Page

  1. Choose how you want to get the latest information about your Page
    • Page notification on your Facebook profile
    • Email updates about marketing and promotion
  2. Click “Finished” to complete your Page Creation
